摘要
介绍了中国石油四川石化硫磺回收联合装置的工艺原理、特点以及尾气中SO_2达标排放的影响因素。详细阐述了影响酸性水汽提、溶剂再生装置以及硫磺回收装置的工艺优化措施。同时通过对联合装置运行情况分析,采取了一系列优化措施,外排尾气ρ(SO_2)降至400 mg/m^3以下。为提高联合装置硫回收率,从根源上降低SO_2排放浓度,提出相应的技术改造建议。
The technological principle, characteristics and the factors of the sulphur dioxide emrecovery unit in Sichuan Petrochemical are introduced. The optimized technology of the acid water stripping, solvent regeneration deviceand sulphur recovery unit were described in detail. Through the analysis of the operation of the joint device, a series of optimization meas-ures are taken, the content of SO2 in the tail gas is kept at a low level of 400 mg/m3.
