摘要
结合工程建设具体特点和实际需要,文中设计了一种轻便式型钢多功能机,用于型钢结构件加工成型。该机具有适用、多能、微型、便携的特点,能高质量独立完成型钢的剪切、裁角、折弯、冲孔和压接等工艺,满足施工一线支吊架、电缆桥架、风管法兰加工等需要。该设备的投入使用有效克服了传统加工方式的种种缺陷,使型钢结构件的加工质量和加工效率有了质的提高。
Combined with the specific characteristics of construction and practical needs, the paper designs a lightweight steel multi-function machine for the steel structure processing. The machine has the characteristics of application, multi- energy, miniature and portable. It can finish the cutting, cutting angle, bending, punching and crimping of steel with high quality, and satisfies the construction of the first- line hanger, cable tray, duct flange processing and other needs. The equipment can effectively overcome various defects of the traditional processing methods, so that the steel structure of the processing quality and processing efficiency has been improved qualitatively.
