摘要
河北省劳动力资源丰富,但劳动者素质技能偏低,提升现有劳动力的生产素质和技能水平,有助于河北省的产业升级和经济结构方式的转变。京津冀协同发展背景下,河北省承接京津地区优势产业转移,大力发展新兴产业,应当依托在地级市广泛分布的职业院校,提供对劳动者的社会培训,提升劳动者素质;在与企业的合作中,提升职业院校服务社会的能力,促进职业院校专业建设和人才培养;在区域性人才培养的过程中,构建区域间完整、贯通的职业技术教育体系,为劳动者的进修提升打通通道。
Hebei province is rich in labor resources, but the workers＂ technical content is low. It is helpful for the indus- trial upgrading and economic structure of Hebei province toimprove the production quality and skill level of the labor force. Under the background of Jing-jin-ji collaborative development, Hebei province undertakes the industrial trans- ferring of Beijing and Tianjin region, and vigorously devel- ops new industries, which should be based on the extensive distribution of vocational colleges and universities to provide the workers＂ social trainings and improve the quality of workers. In the cooperation with enterprises, the service a- bility of vocational colleges should be improved, and the professional development of vocational colleges and univer- sities should be promoted. In the process of the cultivation of regional talents, the main body of the regional education should establish a complete and penetrating vocational tech- nical education system to improve the training of the work- ers.
