摘要
目的通过对0~3岁听障儿童早期干预后阶段康复效果评估,探索以家庭为中心康复模式下小龄听障儿童的听觉语言发展规律。方法利用IT-MAIS、CAP、LEAQ、MUSS、SIR问卷、林氏六音、听觉功能评估等方法对20名小龄听障儿童分阶段评估,并进行统计学分析。结果①随着早期干预及家庭康复时间的延长,小龄听障儿童IT-MAIS、CAP、LEAQ得分总体呈现上升趋势,从早期干预后6个月开始,其听觉能力呈现极显著增长(P<0.01);②MUSS和SIR得分增长趋势较平缓。与干预前相比,小龄听障儿童干预时间达12个月时,结果出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的康复模式对小龄听障儿童听觉语言功能发展具有提升家庭参与度,强化家庭效能的作用,实现在成长环境中发展听觉语言能力,是一种有效的家庭早期干预方式。
Objective To analyze the auditory and speech ability of 0-3-year-old hearing-impaired children under the family-centered rehabilitation model by evaluating outcome of early intervention. Methods 20 hearing-impaired children received IT-MAIS, CAP, LEAQ,MUSS,S1R questionnaire surveys, the Ling's six sound tests, and auditory assessments. The results were compared and analyzed. Results OThe scores of IT-MAIS, CAP, LEAQ showed rising trend, with the extension of early family intervention and rehabilitation training time. The auditory ability of younger hearing-impaired children increased significantly since 6 months(P〈0.01).QThe growth trend was gentle of MUSS and SIR. In the first 12 months significant difference occurred(P〈0.05) compared with the previous. Conclusion The family-centered rehabilitation model played an important role in enhancing family participation and strengthening family effectiveness for younger hearing- impaired children,and realized the development of audiotory language ability in natural environment.It is an effective way of early family intervention.
