摘要 谦比希铜矿西矿体采用上向进路膏体充填采矿法进行回采。为了避免充填强度设计过剩,降低水泥单耗及充填成本,根据西矿体的开采结构参数,采用经验类比及理论分析相结合的方法,确定了西矿体较为适宜的充填强度。在此条件下通过开展膏体流动性能、强度性能及凝固性能的试验研究,确定了充填浓度及物料配比,为矿山降本增效提供参考。 The upward drift mining with paste backfilling mining method is used in the west ore body of Cham-bishi Copper Mine. In order to avoid the high cost of cemented filling caused by over-designed for paste filling mate-rial strength, the empirical analogy and theoretical analysis are used to design the appropriate strength of backfillingbased on the mining structure parameters of the west ore body. The filling concentration and mixture ratio of back-filling materials are determined by the experimental test such as paste flow ability, strength, and setting property.The results can offer a useful reference for decreasing cost and increasing benefit in mining.
