摘要
维生素D依赖型钙结合蛋白-D28K(calbindin-D28K)是一种具有较高钙离子亲和力的钙调蛋白,可调节胞内钙离子浓度,通过上调calbindin-D28K在神经细胞中的表达对神经退行性疾病有积极作用。本文综述了国内外calbindin-D28K在阿尔采末病、帕金森病、亨廷顿病等神经退行性疾病中相关作用的研究进展,旨在为研究以calbindin-D28K为靶点治疗神经退行性疾病提供线索。
Vitamin D- dependent calbindin- D28K is a calmodulin with high calcium affinity, which regulates the concentration of intracellular calcium. Upregulation of calbindin- D28K plays a positive role in neurodegenerative diseases. Based on the research of calbindin- D28K at home and abroad, this review systematically summarizes the recent research of calbindin- D28K in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer' s disease, Parkinson' s disease, Huntington' s disease, and their related mechanisms. It will provide clues for the study of calbindin-D28K as a target for treating neurodegenerative diseases.
