摘要
石杉碱甲作为治疗阿尔采末病的一种有效药物,在临床上的应用取得了较大的进展。随着检测技术的发展,关于石杉碱甲含量测定及药动学的研究也越来越多。本文就目前石杉碱甲含量测定及药动学研究进行综述,以期为石杉碱甲的研究提供参考。
Huperzine A as an effective drug for the treatment of Alzheimer＇ s disease has made great progress in the clinical application. With the development of detection technology of huperzine A, more and more determination and pharmacokinetics study were reported. A review of concentration determination and pharmacokinetics study of huperzine A is presented.
