摘要
目的观察口服中成药治疗儿童轻症手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月门诊及病房收治的50例轻症手足口病患儿,用数字随机法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例。观察组患儿采用口服中成药联合外喷利巴韦林治疗,对照组采用静脉输注热毒宁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组疱疹消退时间(3.5±1.2)d、溃疡愈合时间(2.8±0.8)d、退热时间(2.4±1.1)d与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论口服中成药治疗轻症手足口病具有良好的临床效果,优势突出,建议口服药物治疗,减轻患儿痛苦、减少经济负担。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral Chinese patent medicine treatment of children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 50 outpatient and hospitalized cases of children with mild handfoot-mouth diseases treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number, 25 cases in each group. The observation group and control group were administered oral Chinese patent medicine combined with Ribavirin Spray and intravenous infusion of Reduning respectively and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results The herpes regression time （3.5±1.2） d, the ulcer healing time （2.8±0.8） d, and antifebrile time （2.4± 1.1） d were significantly different in observation group from control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Oral Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease possess adequate clinical effect, superior advantage, recommending the utilization of oral Chinese patent medicine to ease pain of children and lighten the financial burden.
