摘要
目的:分析某高校医院中成药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:分析医院1年内中成药的品种、在《国家基本药物目录(2018年版)》收载情况、用药频度(DDDs)和剂型分布等。结果:医院1年内中成药出库使用品种占27.15%,出库金额占30.22%;在《国家基本药物目录(2018年版)》中收载60种,未收载44种,未收载的出库金额和DDDs比例均较高。中成药涉及16种剂型,胶囊剂和片剂相对最多。DDDs比例和占中成药出库金额最高的均是解表剂。结论:高校医院中成药品种基本满足临床用药需求,大多数使用规范,但个别中成药存在不合理用药情况,建议监测中成药使用情况,加强中医药知识的专项培训,可促进中成药的使用更加合理、安全、有效和经济。
Objective:To analyze the use of Chinese patent medicines in a university hospital,which can provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The varieties of traditional Chinese medicine used in hospitals throughout the year,their inclusion in the National Essential Medicines List(2018 edition),Defined Daily Dose System(DDDs),and dosage form distribution were analyzed.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine accounted for 27.15%of the total number of drugs dispensed and used in hospitals during the year,and 30.22%of the total dispensed amount.Of the 104 traditional Chinese medicines,60 were included in the National Essential Medicines List(2018 edition),while 44 were not.The dispensed amount and DDDs ratio of the non-included medicines were both relatively high.Traditional Chinese medicines come in 16 different dosage forms,with capsules and tablets being the most common.The highest proportion of DDDs and the highest proportion of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing costs are for antipyretic and diaphoretic agents.Conclusion:The variety of traditional Chinese medicine products in university hospitals basically meets clinical medication needs,and most are used in accordance with regulations.However,there are instances of unreasonable use of certain traditional Chinese medicine products.Monitoring the use of traditional Chinese medicine products and strengthening specialized training in traditional Chinese medicine knowledge can promote the more reasonable,safe,effective,and economical use of traditional Chinese medicine products.
