摘要
比较了纳米碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙对室温硫化硅橡胶的机械性能和工艺性能的影响。结果表明 ,轻质碳酸钙只是常规的增量填充剂 ,纳米碳酸钙可以提高硅橡胶的交联密度和机械性能 ;但起始粘度增大 。
s:The effects of nanometer CaCO 3 and normal CaCO 3 on the properties of mechanical and technical of RTV silicone rubber were compared. The results showed that nanometer CaCO 3 could improve the mechanical property and cross-linking density of RTV silicone rubber, but its technology behaviour decreased due to the increase of viscosity. Normal CaCO 3 could be used as normal increment filler only.
