摘要
加快建设自由贸易区是目前我国对外经贸发展的重大战略,而中国-新西兰自由贸易区是我国同发达国家建立的第一个自贸区。使用1998-2013年中国同包括新西兰在内的80个贸易伙伴的出口和进口值面板数据,借助扩展的引力模型对中国-新西兰自由贸易区对中国出口和进口贸易的影响进行回归分析,发现中新自贸区在中国出口和进口两个方向均产生显著的贸易创造效应,同时未产生显著的贸易转移效应,中新自贸区促进了中国同新西兰双向贸易规模的扩大,实现了预期的政策目标。中国应加快实施自由贸易区战略,构建面向全球的自贸区网络。
Accelerating the construction of free trade area is China＇ s major strategy for foreign trade develop- ment, and China-New Zealand Free Trade Area is China＇ s first free trade area with a developed country. Based on the panel data of China＇ s export and import value during 1998 to 2013 with eighty trading partners, including New Zealand, the effects of China-New Zealand Free Trade Area on China＇ s export and import trade are regressively an- alyzed via the extended gravity model. And the results show that China-New Zealand Free Trade Area presents sig- nificant trade creation effects on China＇ s export and import without significant trade transfer effects; and that China -New Zealand Free Trade Area has promoted the two-way trade expansion between China and New Zealand and has helped to realize the expected policy objectives. Therefore, China should accelerate the implementation of free trade area strategy and build a global-oriented free trade area network.
