摘要
目的分析白色白内障使用小切口非超乳手术方法治疗的效果。方法选取141例141眼白色白内障行小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,观察术中术后并发症及术后视力。结果术中术后无严重并发症,术后患者均脱盲。结论小切口非超乳白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术在治疗白色白内障患者时有其特有的优势,掌握小切口技术,可以在白色白内障或其他特殊硬核白内障手术过程中提供更高的安全保障。
Objetive To analyze the effect of small incision non phacoemulsification surgery in the treatment of white cataract. Methods 141 cases （141 eyes ）with white cataract were selected for small incision non phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. The intraoperative and postoperative complications and visual acuity were observed. Results There were no serious complications during and after operation; After the operation, all patients gained useful vision. Conclusion Small incision non phacoemulsification extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation has its own advantages in the treatment of patients with white cataract. Mastering the technique of small incision can provide higher security in white cataract or other special hard core cataract surgery.
