摘要
目的评价白色白内障超声乳化吸出术的临床效果和手术技巧。方法对162例(166只眼)白色白内障施行白内障超声乳化吸出术,术中采用爆破模式以及高负压低能量。结果 166只眼手术均获成功,术后裸眼视力≥0.5者127只眼(76.5%)。手术的主要并发症为后囊破裂(5只眼,3.0%)和角膜水肿(28只眼,16.8%)。结论提高手术技巧是手术成功的关键,应用超声乳化吸出术治疗白色白内障是安全、有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and operative technique of phacoemulsification in eyes with white cataract.Methods Analysis on phacoemulsification（Burst mode,High negative pressure and low energy） with artificial lens implantation was performed on 162 cases（166 eyes） of white cataract.Results All cases had successful Results of phacoemulsification,127 eyes（76.5%） attained corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or better after operation.Posterior capsule rupture（5 eyes,3.0%） and corneal edema（28 eyes,16.8%） were the main complication caused by the operation.Conclusion Good operation skill was the key point for successful operation.Phacoemulsification is the safe and effective for treating eyes with white cataract.
