摘要
目的观察天佛参口服液联合吉西他滨加顺铂(GP)方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效,并对其安全性进行评估。方法选取确诊为Ⅲb~Ⅳ期的老年晚期NSCLC患者152例,根据随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各76例。两组患者均接受GP化疗方案,同时观察组患者联合应用天佛参口服液。治疗2个周期后,通过CT检查分析两组患者的肿瘤控制情况,流式细胞仪检测患者的免疫指标变化,并记录治疗过程中出现的化疗不良反应。结果两组患者的近期疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);观察组患者各免疫细胞的提高稳定率均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01);观察组患者的各种不良反应发生率均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论在GP化疗方案的基础上联合应用天佛参口服液可改善老年晚期NSCLC患者的免疫功能,减轻化疗中出现的不良反应,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the short-term efficacy and safety of Tianfoshen oral liquid （TFS） combined with gemeitabine and cisplatin in treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Method 152 elderly patients with stage Ⅲb/IV NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group and control group using a random number table, with 76 cases in each team. Patients in both groups were given the same chemotherapy regimen： gemcitabine plus cisplatin, and those in observation group were additionally given TFS. After two cycles of treatment, the tumor control of both groups were analyzed by CT examination, the change of immune indices were detected by flow ey- tometry and the adverse reactions to chemotherapy during treatment were recorded. Result There was no significant dif- ference in short-term efficacy between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. The improvement plus stabilization rates of the immune cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）; The incidences of ad- verse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, but no significant difference was ob- served （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of TFS and GP chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced NSCLC can improve their immune functions and reduce adverse reactions during chemotherapy, and has clinical application value.
