摘要
随着国家区域发展战略与新型城镇化的推进,近年来边界地区正逐步成为各省、市关注与探索的重点。文章以江西省赣州南部地区为例,通过对珠三角产业转移与区域交通设施改善带来的综合影响进行分析,探索省际边界地区城镇化发展的模式与路径,并结合赣粤边界地区实际,提出谋划战略平台承接区域产业转移、融入高快速交通体系引导要素集聚发展、培育增长核心极参与区域内外部竞争、推动跨区域生态保护与旅游发展的协同互促等举措,以期为国内同类型地区加快城镇化发展提供参考路径。
Provincial border region attracts attention as national,regional strategies are implemented and new urbanization advances.With southern Ganzhou area as a case,the paper analyzes the impacts of industrial dislocation from Pearl River Delta and major transportation infrastructure development,studies the model and path of provincial border region,proposes strategies including preparation of regional industrial relocation,integrating high speed rail system,developing growth pole for regional competition,promoting coordination between ecological preservation and tourism development etc.
