摘要
战略机遇期是一个城市崛起的关键阶段,尤其对于省际边界城市发展起到极为重要的作用。本文在归纳战略机遇对于省际边界城市影响的基础上,以苏鲁边界城市-新沂市为例,分析了新沂市当前面临的新战略机遇,探索了新沂市在新形势下的城市定位与发展战略。
Strategy opportunity period,which is the key stage for a city to grow up,is very important for the cities in the provincial border regions.This paper analyzed the influence of the new strategy opportunities on the cities in the provincial border regions firstly.Then,taking Xinyi city which is in the border regions between Jiangsu and Shandong Province as an example,new strategic opportunities Xinyi is facing was analyzed.Finally,Xinyi＇s development orientation and strategy under the new strategic opportunity was determined.
