摘要
为提高连铸生产过程中板坯的质量,2#连铸机采用新的动态配水模型来实现二级控制,主要是以坯龄为控制参数进行冷却控制的。动态配水系统投入运行以来,连铸生产更加稳定,产品质量有了显著提高,对莱钢炼钢厂及莱钢的间接经济效益也是非常显著的。
In order to improve the quality of slab in continuous casting process, a new dynamic water distribution model is adopted to realize the two stage control of 2# continuous casting machine. Since the dynamic water distribution system has been put into operation, the continuous casting production has been more stable and the product quality has been improved significantly.
