摘要
以太钢二炼钢厂合金钢板坯连铸机为目标机型,在凝固传热数学模型的基础上,自行开发出了一种带液芯控制的板坯连铸二冷区动态控制模型。该动态控制共设置了四个控制点,采用切片法进行目标温度的动态跟踪,并通过计算机仿真验证了它的可靠性。
For slab caster at the No. 2 steelmaking plant of Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co., based on the heat transfer and solidification mathematical model, a dynamic control model of the secondary cooling zone with crater control has been developed and verified by computer simulation technique. By this control model, objective temperature is tracked by the method of slice,and four control points are set up.
