摘要
传统就业指导模式的固化及大学生对就业指导的认知偏差,导致当前高校个性化就业指导遭遇困境。消除困境、实现个性化指导,需以尊重大学生各方面差异为基础,以全面式指导、分阶段指导、分群体指导为路径,促进大学生就业能力的提升。
Personalized employment guidance encounters some dilemmas because of two reasons. First, traditional employment guidance model of university is stiff; second, college students have cognitive bias for employment guidance. In order to eliminate dilemmas and realize personalized guidance, colleges and universities should implement comprehensive guidance on different stages and in different groups. But it must be based on the foundation of respecting the differences of all aspects of college students, and be aimed to help students improve the employment ability.
