摘要
随着我国经济发展,人才供求趋向多元化,同时高校招生规模不断扩大,大学生就业危机和矛盾日益凸显。本文在产教融合的背景下,通过对高职院校大学生就业需求的调研,剖析高职院校就业指导存在的若干问题,寻求就业指导工作的新方向,为毕业生提供更有效的就业指导,以此提升毕业生的就业竞争力,培养更多高素质应用型人才,实现真正意义上的“就好业”。
with the development of China’s economy,the supply and demand of talents tend to be diversified.At the same time,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities continues to expand,and the employment crisis and contradiction of college students are increasingly prominent.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,through the investigation of the employment demand of college students,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges,seeks for a new direction for the employment guidance work,and provides more effective employment guidance for graduates,so as to enhance the job-seeking competitiveness of graduates,cultivate more high-quality application-oriented talents,and achieve the goal of good employment in true sense.
