摘要
目的:探讨黄芪、陈皮药对在COPD老年患者中的治疗作用。方法:选取72例COPD患者,简单随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组35例予西医常规治疗,治疗组37例在对照组的基础上予黄芪陈皮药对浓煎口服或鼻饲,比较两组患者的血气分析、MIP,并对两组中需要机械通气的患者进行亚组分析,比较两组患者的脱机时间及脱机拔管成功率。结果:和对照组相比,治疗组的Pa CO2明显降低,MIP明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。亚组分析中治疗组脱机时间明显缩短,脱机成功率高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪陈皮药对在COPD老年患者的临床治疗中有积极作用。
Objective ： To chronic obstructive pulmonary explore the effect of ＂astragalus tangerine peel＂ drug pair disease （COPD）. Methods ： tological department and ICU of Jiangsu Province Jingjiang divided into treatment group （37cases） and control group 72 caese of patients with COPD on elderly patients with were selected in geron- Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and randomly （35 cases）. The control group were treated with con- ventional western medicine,while the treatment group were treated orally or nasal feeding with 50ml concentrated decoction of drug pair from astragalus and tangerine peel on the basis of control group, twice a day. The blood - gas analysis and MIP of patients were compared in two groups, and the patients who need the mechanical ventila- tion in two groups were analyzed by subgroup. The weaning time and the success rate of weaning and detaching ventilator of patients were compared in two groups. Results ： Compared with the control group, PaCO2 of treatment group decreased obviously, while MIP increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant. In sub- group analysis, the weaning time of treatment group reduced obviously, the success rate of weaning and detaching ventilator was higher, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： ＂ Astragalus tangerine peel ＂ drug pair has a positive role in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with COPD.
