Tissue Culture Technology of Ziyun Red Core Sweet Potato and Its Industrialized Application

摘要 针对甘薯[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.)Burkill]品种紫云红芯薯产业发展需要,建立了紫云红芯薯脱毒种苗(薯)繁育体系,并将繁育的脱毒薯藤在贵州省安顺市进行多点大面积推广应用。结果表明,脱毒紫云红芯薯平均产量1 766.80 kg/667 m^2,比常规移栽对照增产27.01%。 In order to develop Ziyun red core sweet potato industry,detoxified potato(potato) seedling breeding system of Ziyun red core sweet potato was set up,and detoxified potato vine using this technology were widespread application in Anshun city, Guizhou province. The results showed that the average yield of detoxification Ziyun red core sweet potato was 1766.80 kg/667 m2, increased by 27.01% compared with conventional transplanting control.
