摘要
右美托咪定是一种高选择性的α2受体激动剂,具有独特的镇静、镇痛、遗忘、减弱应激反应作用,且不引起呼吸抑制。目前,右美托咪定在区域神经阻滞、全身麻醉、ICU、小儿镇静、急诊科、神经外科中均应用广泛。本文对右美托咪定的药理作用及临床应用、心脏缺血再灌注损伤的机制、右美托咪定对心脏缺血再灌注损伤的作用研究进行综述,总结了右美托咪定对心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用和潜在的抗氧化应激、抗炎反应。
Dexmedetomidine, as a highly selective α1-adrenergic receptor agonist, has unique effect on sedation, anal- gesia, forgotten and decrease the stress reaction, without respiratory depression. At present, it has been widely used in regional block, general anesthesia, ICU, pediatric calm, the emergency department and neurosurgery. The article re- views on the clinic and pharmacological effects of Dexmedetomidine, mechanism of cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury and the application research of Dexmedetomidine on cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury.
