摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法建立蒙药材玉簪花指纹图谱分析方法 ,为玉簪花药材的质量评价提供参考依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法对蒙药材玉簪花指纹图谱进行研究,色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长256 nm,结果采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"以中位数法生成标准指纹图谱。结果 10个批次的玉簪花药材的色谱指纹图谱有18个共有峰,高效液相色谱指纹图谱的相似度都>0.9,建立共有模式,不同批次玉簪花指纹图谱相似性较好。结论高效液相色谱法用于蒙药玉簪花指纹图谱研究可为玉簪花药材质量评价和今后规范药用资源提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the fingerprint of Mongolian medicine Hosta plantaginea Aschers by high perfor- mance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and to provide reference for scientific quality evaluation and effective control of quality. Methods HPLC was applied to study the fingerprints of Mongolian medicine Hosta plantaginea Aschers, chro- matographic column was Phenomenex Luna C18 （250mm×4.6mm.5μm）, phase gradient elution was proceeded with methanol-0.5% phosphate aqueous mobile, with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and temperature of 30℃ detected on 256 rim, the chromatographic fingerprints were analyzed with the ＂similarity of chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chi- nese medicine evaluation system＂. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Hosta plantaginea Asehers from 10 different areas had eighteen common peaks, the similar degree of HPLC fingerprint was above 0.9, it was a better similarity of finger- print of Mongolian medicine Hosta plantaginea Aschers from different areas. Conclusion Application of HPLC in the fingerprint of Mongolian medicine Hosta plantaginea Aschers can provide a scientific basis of quality evaluation and specification for medical resources in the future.
