摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中MMP-2的表达与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法采用免疫组化检测60例胃腺癌组织(胃癌组)、40例癌旁胃黏膜不典型增生组织(癌旁组)和20例正常胃黏膜组织(对照组)中MMP-2和MVD的表达情况,分析两者的关系。结果胃癌组MMP-2阳性率为75.00%,高于癌旁组的45.00%和对照组的15.00%(P<0.01)。胃癌组MVP为45.68±8.40,高于癌旁组的36.68±7.15和对照组的19.26±8.28(P<0.01)。MMP-2和MVD的表达与胃癌的浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中MMP-2的表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.01)。结论 MMP-2和MVD在胃腺癌组织中高表达,在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship of MMP-2 and microvessel density（MVD）in gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemisty was used to detect the expressions of MMP-2and MVD in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues（group A,60cases）,tumor-adjacent gastric mucosa tissues with atypical hyperplasia（group B,40cases）and normal gastric mucosa（group C,20cases）.The relationship of MMP-2and MVD was analyzed.Results The positive rate of MMP-2protein in group A was 75.00%,which was higher than 45.00%in group B and 15.00%in group C（P〈0.01）.The expression of MVD was 45.68±8.40 in group A,which was higher than 36.68±7.15 in group B and 19.26±8.28 in group C（P〈0.01）.The expressions of MMP-2and MVD were closely associated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01）.The expresson of MVD was positively correlated with that of MVD in gastric carcinoma tissues（r=0.76,P〈0.01）.Conclusion MMP-2and MVD are highly expressed in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues,which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
