摘要 【目的】研究链霉菌JD211对水稻根系形态和抗性酶活的影响,为其在水稻旱育秧上的合理利用提供科学依据。【方法】采用施加链霉菌JD211固体菌剂的土壤栽培水稻,测定水稻根系形态指标和主要防御性酶酶活,初步从根系形态和酶学水平上探讨链霉菌JD211对水稻生长和抗性诱导机制。【结果】加入链霉菌JD211菌剂栽培的水稻根系形态指标和抗性酶活均有不同程度的提高。当水稻生长至35 d时,链霉菌JD211接种量1%处理组较对照组的根数、最长根长、根系体积分别提高了27.53%、31.74%、40.00%。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)在秧龄25 d时,与对照组相比,分别提高69.20%、16.75%、103.57%。【结论】适宜浓度的链霉菌JD211对水稻根系生长有促进作用,能诱发其防御性反应,提高水稻抗逆性。 [ Objective] The effect of Streptomyces JD211 on rice root morphology and resistance enzyme activity were investigated to provide the scientific basis for rational utilization of Streptomyces JD211 in upland rice seedling. [ Method ] The soil cultivation of rice by the addition of Streptomyces JD211 solid inoculant was conducted, the rice root morphology indexes and main defensive enzymes activities were determined, and In the root morphology and enzyme levels, the mechanism of growth and resistance of rice induced by Streptomyces JD211 was preliminarily discussed. [ Result ] Adding Streptomyces JD211 inoculant, the rice root morphology index and resistive enzymes activity could be improved in some extent. When the rice was grown up to 35 days, root number, the longest root length and root volume of the 1% treatment group were increased by 27.53 %, 31.74 %, 40. 00 % than that of control group. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) in rice seedling age for 25 days, compared with the control group, were increased by 69.2 %, 16.75 % and 103.57 %, respectively. [ Conclusion] The suitable concentration of Streptomyces JD211 could promote the growth of rice roots, induce the defensive reaction and improve the resistance of rice.
