铃铛刺花提取物对便秘小鼠排便功能的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究铃铛刺花提取物(LDCH)对复方地芬诺酯所致便秘小鼠润肠通便的作用。方法昆明种小鼠72只随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物组和铃铛刺花提取物(高、中、低)剂量组,每组12只,除空白对照组外其余各组小鼠造便秘模型。造模后,空白对照组、模型对照组小鼠给予生理盐水,阳性药物组小鼠给予麻仁丸,铃铛刺花提取物(高、中、低)剂量组小鼠分别给予不同浓度的铃铛刺花提取物,每天灌胃给药1次,连续3d。观察各组小鼠的首次排便时间、6h内排便粒数、6h内排便重量,并测定小肠碳墨推进率和胃排空率。结果与模型对照组小鼠比较,铃铛刺花提取物(高、中、低)剂量组小鼠首次排便时间缩短,6h内排便粒数和6h内排便量增加,小肠碳墨推进率和胃排空率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。铃铛刺花提取物高剂量组润肠通便作用接近阳性药物组,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铃铛刺花提取物具有润肠通便的作用。 Objective To evaluate the function of Halimodendron halodendron flower extract (LDCH) on improving bowel movement on mouse model of constipation established by compound diphenoxylate. Methods 72 Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, model control group, and LDCH groups (high-, middle-, and low-dose). All mice were induced by compound diphenoxylate except the mice in nor-mal group. Then the control group and the model control group were given normal saline, the positive group was given Marenwan, and the LDCH groups (high-, middle-, and low-dose) were given different concentrations of- Halimodendron halodendron flower extract, which were administered orally by gastric gavage once a day for 3 days. Measurements included the first defecations time, the frequency of mouses defecaion, the quantity of mouses defecaion in six hours, the movement rate of ink in the small intestine and gastric emptying ratio. Results Com-pared with the control group, the results showed that the LDCH groups could significantly shorten mouses first defecations time, increased the frequency of mouses defecaion and the quantity of mouses defecaion in six hours, enhanced themovement rate of ink in the small intestine and gastric emptying ratio, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The aperient bowel function of the high-dose group of the LDCH was similar to the positive group,which was not statistically significan difference (P 〉0.05) be-tween each other. Conclusion Halimodendron halodendron flower extract could enhance the effect of em-bellish aperient bowel function.
