血清PSA低水平异常患者前列腺癌肿瘤标志的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 前列腺癌是老年男性常患的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤之一,早诊断和早治疗对提高患者的生存和生活质量十分重要。检测血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)是人群大规模筛查前列腺癌的基础实验,但PSA不具有肿瘤特异性,其血清水平受诸多因素影响,尤其是对血清PSA低水平异常的疑似前列腺癌患者诊断困难较大。PSA密度、PSA基因3、早期前列腺癌抗原(EPCA)、EPCA-2、甲酰基辅酶A消旋酶等可用于评价血清PSA低水平异常的疑似前列腺癌患者,有望成为诊断前列腺癌的新型肿瘤标志物,而联合检测更是未来发展的方向。 Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor of the urinary system in the elderly, Early diagnosis and treat- ment is important to improve the survivai and quality of life in dderly men. Detecting serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) is the basic test to screening prostate cancer, but PSA is not tumor-specific, and the serum level is influenced by many fac- tors, especially for patients with low abnormal PSA levels. PSA density, PCA gene 3, early prostate cancer antigen (EPCA), EPCA-2,alpha-methylacyl-CoA racemase can be used for evaluating the patients with low abnormal PSA level suspected with prostate cancer. They are expected to become the new tumor markers in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and joint detection is the development direction in the future.
