摘要
目的分析探讨自然医疗保健作用的自然疗法对健康维护的应用与进展。方法回顾国内外关于自然疗法的相关文献以及分析对人体作用机制,全面阐述并探讨其对健康维护的作用。结果自然疗法对人类健康维护有着悠久的历史,虽然曾一度不被人们重视,甚至有破坏和滥用现象,但经过多年的研究证实不同自然疗法对健康增进、疾病预防、慢性病治疗和病后功能康复有很好的作用,尤其自然疗法对人体健康维护有良好、安全的保健作用,是一般药物不可比拟的。结论自然疗法是生态性疗法,其生理作用是提高人体适应功能,作用疗效和优势符合人们健康维护的需求,必将成为今后医疗健康领域的研究热点,对人类全程、全周期健康维护有良好的促进和应用前景。
Objective To analyze and discuss the naturopathic health care effects on the application and progress in health maintenance.Methods The paper reviewed the pertinent literature about naturopathy both domestic and overseas and analyzed the mechanism of action in human body.Then it comprehensively elaborated and discussed its effects on healthy maintenance.Results The naturopathic effect on people＇s health maintenance had a long history.Although it had been neglected by people ever and even there had been the phenomena of destroying and abusing the naturopathic health care, researches over many years proved that different naturopathic methods had good effects on health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease treatment and functional rehabilitation after illness.In particular, naturopathy had good and safe health care effects on people＇s health maintenance, which was unparalleled by other ordinary medicines.Conclusion Naturopathy is an ecological therapy whose physiological effect is to increase human body adaptive functions and its curative effects and advantages accord with the need of health maintenance.It is bound to be a research hotspot in future medical treatment and health field, which bears good promotion and application prospect for whole course and whole period health maintenance.
