摘要
从首批重点研发计划项目的承担单位、项目数量、研究领域和获批经费等方面对高校和科研院所、企业进行了比较分析,研究发现高校在获批项目数量、基础研究领域等方面有一定的优势,但还有很多落后的地方。基于此,高校必须在未来的发展中增强合作寻突破,加大力量补短板。
This paper makes a comparative analysis of the universities, research institutes and enterprises from the first batch of key research plan about the number of projects, the research field and the approved funds, The study found that the colleges and universities in the number of approved projects, basic research areas have some ad- vantages, but there are many backward places. Based on this, the university must strengthen cooperation in the fu- ture to find a breakthrough, increase the strength of short board.
