摘要
目的:评价和分析接受椎弓根螺钉内固定疗法对于腰椎骨折且不伴有脊髓受损患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月—2014年2月接诊的由于腰椎骨折入院的患者中不伴有脊髓受损症状的50例患者,将其作为观察组,给予椎弓根螺钉内固定的治疗,观察其手术前以及手术之后的腰椎恢复情况以及应激反应蛋白的具体恢复情况等;选取同期就诊的接受腰椎正侧位扫描检测和CT扫描确认腰椎正常的受检者50例,将其作为对照组。将两组手术之前、手术之后5个月以及手术之后2年后的Cobb角、椎体前缘高度的百分比数值进行比较,并统计手术之后观察组患者应激反应蛋白的检测结果。结果:观察组经过治疗干预,在Cobb角、椎体前缘高度的百分比数值、手术后应激反应蛋白的检测结果上都呈现出了明显的好转趋势,且和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎骨折且没有出现脊髓损伤的患者来说,使用椎弓根螺钉内固定的治疗方式,效果比较显著,且能够有效消除应激反应。
Objective：To evaluated and analyzed the clinical efficacy of patients undergoing pedicle screw fixation for lumbar fractures without spinal cord injury. Methods：Fifty patients without symptoms of spinal cord injury were randomly selected from our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 ,who were admitted to the hospital for lumbar fractures as the ex- perimental group. The treatment of pedicle screw fixation, and to observe the preoperative and postoperative lumbar recovery and stress response protein specific recovery situation;on this basis, select the same time in our hospital to accept the lumbar positive side and 50 subjects with normal lumbar vertebrae were selected as the reference group by scanning and CT scanning. The Cobb angle and the percentage of the anterior vertebral height were compared between the two groups before surgery, 5 months after surgery, and 2 years after surgery, and the number of stressors in the experimental group after surgery test results. Results：After treatment, there was a significant improvement in the Cobb angle, the percentage of anterior height of the verte- bral body, and the detection of postoperative emergency response protein, and there was significant difference compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There is statistical significance. Conclusion： The use of pedicle screw fixation in patients with lumbar spine fractures without spinal cord injury is more effective and effective in relieving stress responses, despite the fact that there are complications in the current medical level of the hidden dangers, but with the medical development and progress, this hid- den danger is bound to be eliminated.
