摘要
目的 探讨退变性腰椎不稳症的手术适应证及技术要点。方法 对 36例退变性腰椎不稳症行后路椎体间融合和上下关节突间植骨以及相应节段椎弓根钉内固定术。结果 31例经 8～ 31个月随访 ,平均 14个月。依据日本JOA评分法 ;优良率87 1%。结论 后路椎弓根钉内固定加椎间融合术是治疗重度退变性腰椎不稳症的有效手术方式。
Objective To study the surgical indications and techniques points for the patients with severe lumbar instability.Methods The operation of lumbar and articular process fusion with bone grafting,and pedicle screw fixation had been performed on 36 patients.Results Thirty-one cases were followed up from 8～31 months (average 14 months).Excellent rate was 87.1% by the standard of JOA.Conclusion The operation of posterior pedicle screw and lumbar fusion is an effective way of treating severe lumbar instability.
