摘要
为了解决复杂外科手术的规划和修复假体的制作问题 ,该文采用了基于 CT图像的快速成形技术。通过 CT图像滤波、分割、开操作等图像处理方法以及轮廓提取和采样等建模方法 ,得到了假体的快速成形数据接口 ,在此基础上使用快速成形技术制造了假体的三维原尺寸实物模型 ,最后根据此实物模型进行手术规划和修复假体制作。该方法经过临床医疗的验证 ,在人体右侧半骨盆置换手术中取得成功。结果证实 ,使用基于 CT图像的快速成形技术是辅助临床外科手术的有效方法。
A kind of rapid prototyping technology based on CT images is presented to assist in operative planning and prosthesis making for complex clinical surgeries. The rapid prototyping data interface is acquired through a CT image processing method which includes filtering, segmentation and open operations. The modeling method includes contour sampling and extraction. Then, a slicing solid manufacturing system produces the 3D model with the original dimensions, which is used to aid the operative planning and prosthesis making. This technology proved to be successful in a case study of the replacement of a right-side half-pelvis damaged by a tumor. The rapid prototyping technology based on CT images is an effective aid to clinical surgions operation.
