摘要
通过对 3种基因组DNA提取方法的实验比较 ,找到了一种既能够满足RAPD实验要求 ,又简便快捷、经济的基因组DNA提取方法 ,经RAPD试验检测与电泳结果分析表明
Experiments were conducted on three genomic DNA extraction methods to determine the best one that can both satisfy the requirements of random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)analysis and is the simplest to operate with most rapid and economical effects.RAPD tests combined with electrophoretograms have proved that the method obtained has fairly good DNA amplification effects.
