饮用水中铝的紫外分光光度检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对聊城市东昌府区饮用水进行随机抽检,通过紫外分光光度法测定饮用水中铝含量。方法于2016年6月对聊城市东昌府区饮用水进行抽检,遵循区域均匀布点的原则进行随机采样,共108份。其中包水样采集为出厂水16份、末梢水68份二次供水24份。使用国家标准检验方法 GB/T 5750.6-2006生活饮用水标准检验法金属指标铝:铬天青S分光光度法测定。结果紫外分光光度法检测结果提示具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999),相对标准偏差1.31%,标准差<5%,检测回收率93.5%~97.5%。各水样铝检测结果分别为末梢水(0.13751±0.0972)mg/L、出厂水(0.12983±0.0113)mg/L、二次供水(0.17832±0.0713)mg/L,较空白对照组(0.02714±0.0137)mg/L差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。各水样中铝含量均低于0.12mg/L。此次抽检聊城市东昌府区末梢水、出厂水、二次供水水样检测均未出现铝含量超标的水样。结论紫外分光光度法对饮用水中铝的定量检测方便、准确,值得应用。抽检三种水样铝含量虽未有超标现象,但还应加强卫生监管的强度,规范饮水净化工作。 Objective To randomly examine the drinking water in Dongchangfu district in Liaocheng and detect the aluminum content by the ultraviolet spectrometry method. Methods The drinking water in Dongchangfu district in Liaocheng was extracted in June 2016, 108 pieces were randomly sampled according to the regional uniform distribution principle, including 16 pieces of chlorinated water, 68 pieces of terminal tap water and 24 pieces of secondary water, the metal index of aluminum in the drinking water was tested by the national standard test method GB/T 5750.6-2006 and detected by the chromazurine S spectrophotography. Results The ultraviolet spectrometry detection results showed that there was a good liner relationship,(r=0.999), the relative standard deviation was 1.31%, standard deviation <5%, and the test recycle rate was between 93.5% and 97.5%, and the aluminum test results of various water samples were respectively(0.13751±0.0972)mg/L in terminal tap water,(0.12983±0.0113)mg/L in chlorinated water and(0.17832±0.0713)mg/L in the secondary water,and the difference was obvious with statistical significance compared with that in the blank control group, which was(0.02714 ±0.0137)mg/L(P<0.01), and the aluminum content of various water samples was lower than 0.12mg/L, and there was no water sample whose aluminum content was out of limits in this test. Conclusion The quantitative determination of aluminum in the drinking water by the ultraviolet spectrometry detection method is simple and accurate, which is worth application, even though the aluminum content of the three water samples is not out of limits, we still should enhance the health supervision force and standardize the purification work of drinking water.
