摘要
通过氯仿—乙醇处理、第一次丙酮沉淀、热处理、第二次丙酮沉淀和DEAE—纤维素层析将凤眼莲Cu.Zn—SOD纯化到均一程度。同时研究了脲、NaF、As^(3+)等溶液对酶活性的影响,结果表明:Cu.Zn—SOD对脲、NaF、As^(3+)等不敏感。
Cu. Zn -SOD is purified from Eichhornia Crassipes by chloroform -ethanol treatment, acetone precipitation, heat denaturation and DEAE-cellulose chromatography. The activity of Cu. Zn-SOD is also studied, the result indicates that the effect of urea, NaF and As3+ on SOD activity is trivial.
