摘要
研制出含有洗必泰的SD抗菌布,经整理后,有良好与持久的扰菌作用。用该布制作的床单与白大衣在烧伤病房试用,抑菌率达50％以上,洗涤15次仍有显著效果。
The antimicrobial fabric (SD) contains chlorhexidine and is treated with membrane-forming agent, cross-linking agent and catalyst. Laboratory test with Quinn method indicated that before washing, it could inhibit completely the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, S. albus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Microsporum gypseum. After washing for 100 times, it could still inhibit 99% of the gram-positive bacteria and 68% of the gram-negative bacteria, but only inhibit 40% of fungi after washing for 20 times. The sheets and the overcoats made of the fabric could still inhibit more than 50% of microorganisms after washing for 15 times in trial on burn ward.
