槟榔标准饮片均匀化方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:优选槟榔标准饮片的均匀化方法,并建立一种同时测定槟榔饮片中4种生物碱含量的HPLC分析方法。方法:采用HPLC方法同时测定槟榔标准饮片中4种生物碱的含量,采用正交设计综合评分法,以出粉率、水溶性浸出物、粉末径距以及4种生物碱含量为参考指标,优化槟榔标准饮片的单次粉碎时间、粉碎次数及投料量,从而确定均匀化方法。结果:优化所得均匀化方法为每次投料150g,粉碎2次,单次粉碎时间50s。4种生物碱成分含量呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为:去甲槟榔碱98.69%、槟榔次碱105.74%、去甲槟榔次碱99.48%、槟榔碱100.00%。结论:优化所得槟榔标准饮片均匀化方法合理稳定,建立的同时测定槟榔饮片中4种生物碱的含量的方法稳定可行。 Objective : To optimize the homogenization method of a traditional Chinese medicine Percarpium Arecae standard pieces , and establish an HPI.C method to simultaneously determine four alkaloids in it. Methods: Using HPLC technology determine the content of arecoline,arecaidine,guvcaoidine and guvacoline,then make the net content of 4 alkoids reference index, combined it with the content of flour yield,water extract,span,and apply the orthogonal design to optimize the homogenization of Percaroium Arecae standard pieces. Results: The homogenization method was A2B1C2 with crushing 150g materrials 2 times, and smashing 50s each time . The HPLC method showed good linearity for the exmined concentration ranges for the four alkoids,and the average recoveries of arecaidine.guvcaoidine and guvacoline.arecoline were 98.69%.105. 74%.99.48%. 100.00%. Conclusion: The homogenization method is stable and feasible for the Percarpium Arecae standard pieces,and the method has been successfully applied to determine four alkoids in it.
