摘要
目的：总结中药制剂治疗闭合性骨折的疗效.方法：选择门诊2014年11月-2015年10月208例闭合性骨折,随机分为治疗组104例,对照组104例.2组均在手法复位后给予非甾体抗炎药进行抗炎,治疗组在此基础上加服伤科祛瘀合剂,观察2组消肿止痛情况.结果：治疗组84例消肿止痛时间〈15天,占80.8%;对照组有70例消肿止痛时间〈15天,占67.3%（x^2=4.93,p〈0.05）.结论：伤科祛瘀合剂消肿止痛迅速,疗效显著.
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of closed fracture . Methods： Choice 208 cases with closed fractures of outpatient service from November 2014 to October 2015 ,divided into the treating group（ 104 cases） and the control group（ 104 cases） randomly. Both groups were treated with non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs after fracture reduction , the treatment group were taked ＂ shangkequyu mixture＂ aftre that, observe the effect at decreasing swellinging to relieving pain of two groups . Results：the time less than 15 days at decreasing swellinging to relieving pain were 84case（80.8% ）in the treatment group ,the control group were 70cases （67.3%） （X^2 =4.93 ,p 〈0.05） . Conclusion： ＂shangkequyu mixture＂ had a quik curative effect at decreasing swellinging to relieving pain.
