摘要
针对铜陵体育馆大悬挑三角形管桁架空间结构体系,采用有限元分析软件Midas Gen对大悬挑管桁架空间结构一次成型与分步成型两种情况下施工全过程进行仿真分析,得出结构位移的变化规律,提出通过设置安装构件变形预调值来达到控制施工位移的解决方案。采用设计软件3D3S11进行温度计算,分析了温度变化对结构变形和结构内力的影响程度,为工程施工时选择合适的合拢时间提出理论依据。研究结果对于类似大悬挑管桁架空间结构施工具有借鉴作用。
Aiming at the spatial structure system of the large cantilever triangle pipe truss on the Ton-gling stadium, the whole construction processes were simulated and analysed by the finite element a-nalysis software Midas Gen in the both cases of a molding and multistep molding. The law of structuraldisplacement has been gotten. The solutions of Controlling the displacement of the construction havebeen proposed by Setting up the preset values of the installation components deformation. The temper-ature change on the influence of structure deformation and internal force was analysed by the designsoftware of 3D3S11. Theoretical basis has been proposed for choosing the right time to fold in the engi-neering construction. The results of the study could be a reference for the construction of the similarlarge cantilever pipe truss spatial structures.
