摘要
文章以天水市体育中心体育场屋盖结构施工为例,在简要介绍工程概况的基础上,分析工程重难点,阐述项目施工流程,然后从桁架拼装、桁架吊装、结构卸载等方面对体育场大悬挑平面纵合环向联系桁架空间钢结构关键安装施工技术进行探究,在确保罩棚钢结构顺利安装的同时,实现了安装施工的高效性、安全性以及经济性,可为今后类似工程提供参考。
Taking the construction of the roof structure of the Tianshui Sports Center Stadium as an example,based on briefly introduction of the project overview,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the project,elaborates on the project construction process,and then explores the key installation and construction technologies of the longitudinal and circumferential connection truss space steel structure of the stadium's large cantilever plane from the aspects of truss assembly,truss hoisting,and structural unloading.While ensuring the smooth installation of the canopy steel structure,it achieves high efficiency,safety,and economy in installation and construction,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
