大深度大厚度地下连续墙的应用与施工工艺 被引量:56

摘要 分析了地下连续墙的发展趋势,指出随着地下空间的开发和利用,大深度大厚度的地下连续墙将越来越多地得到应用。基于在上海地区常规的连续墙施工方法穿越硬土层成槽掘进困难而且工效低、超深地墙锁口管起拔难度大、槽壁稳定与垂直度控制技术难度增加等缺点,提出了一种新的施工工艺,即采用铣槽法施工;并介绍了其施工工艺流程及与常规施工方法的不同点。 According to the development trend of diaphragm wall, it is pointed out that the great deep and thick diaphragm wall will be applied more and more. In Shanghai area, it is difficult for the conventional construction technique to excavate the trench of great deep and thick diaphragm wall as the deep-seated soil is very hard. It is also difficult to keep the stability of the slurry trench and control the perpendicularity of the wall. In order to overcome the defects of conventional construction method, a new construction method for the great deep and thick diaphragm wall is introduced. In this new method, the trench is drilled by the hydraulic diaphragm wall cutter. The construction process of this method is introduced. Moreover, differences between this new method and conventional method are also compared.
