摘要
课题组通过对武汉市4430例涉嫌醉驾的案件进行深入调查,从涉嫌醉驾人员的年龄、性别、查获时间与区域、血液中乙醇含量、呼气值与检测值的差异等方面进行了系统分析;在此基础上,针对醉驾问题提出了采取预防措施、加强宣传教育、研发主动防酒驾技术、完善立法与执法等建议。
Through deeply investigating 4430 cases from suspected of drunk driving in Wuhan, and systematically anal- yzing suspected personnel＇s age, gender, time and region, ethanol content in the blood, difference between expiratory volume and detection value, the author has presented several suggestions such as adopting preventive measures, enhancing publicity and education, researching and developing active prevention drunk driving technology, improving legislation and enforcem- ent and so on.
