摘要
近16年我国教师教育政策研究热点主要围绕两大主线和六个领域展开。两大主线为教师教育政策分析、过程研究与教师职前、职后教育政策研究;六大领域包括教师教育政策的价值取向及其政策困境与政策建议研究、国外教师教育政策的启示研究、教师教育政策过程研究、教师教育一体化背景下教师培养与培训的政策分析、教育公平视域下教师教育政策变迁与教师专业发展现状及伦理精神研究、职前教师教育的学费政策研究。当然,我国教师教育政策研究还需要在文本分析、环境分析、评估研究、方法创新、多学科视角等方面不断拓展。
The results shows that teacher education policy research in China focuses on two lines and six fields. Two lines : 1 ) research on analysis and process of teacher education policy. 2) research on teachers' pre-service and on-job education policy. Six areas: the value orientation and dilemma of teacher education policy and policy suggestions, overseas education policy and enlightenment, the research on the process of teacher education policy , research on the training of teachers under the background of integration, research on teacher education policy changes, professional development and ethics from the perspective of educational fairness, research on tuition policy of pre-service teacher education. To improve policy research, teacher education policy research needs to extend in five aspects, including the text analysis, environment analysis, evaluation research, analysis method innovation, and using muhidisciplinary perspective in research.
