摘要
当代教师培训事业的增长点是实现由"需求侧拉动"向"供给侧推动"的深刻转型。作为一种服务产品,教师培训服务供给具有公益性、能动性、本土性、易组合与见效复杂等特点,对其改革应遵循其自身发展的特殊规律。在供需关系中,教师培训需求具有自发性与持续再生性,而教师培训服务供给具有相对被动性,并具有测试、创造、引领、拦截、物化教师培训需要等多样化功能。我国教师培训服务供给侧改革的基本思路是培育市场、市场选择、鼓励创新、研发高新培训服务、加速培训专业化进程等。
The growth of contemporary teacher training career is achieved by the profound transformation from "demand side pull" to "supply side promotion" . As a serving product, the teacher training service is supplied with the characteristics of public welfare, initiative, aboriginality, easy combination and responding intricately, hence the reform requires special rules of its own development. In the relationship between supply and demand, the demand of teacher training has spontaneity and continuous regeneration, but the supply service is relatively passive, diversified with the functions of testing, creating, leading, intercepting, materializing of teacher training. The basic idea of the supply side reform for teacher training service in China is to cultivate the market and market selection, to encourage innovation, to develop high-tech training services, to accelerate the process of specialized training.
