摘要
内皮一间质转化(EndMT)是内皮细胞受到外界刺激失去内皮细胞特征,获得间质细胞或肌成纤维细胞表型,表达间质细胞产物的一种生物过程。EndMT不仅在心脏和血管生长发育中发挥重要作用,其在纤维化疾病和肿瘤中也广泛研究。文章对EndMT的信号调节机制及其近期在纤维化和肿瘤发生中的研究进行总结,为临床疾病的治疗提供新的靶点。
Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT) is a complex biological process in which endothelial cells under specific environmental stimuli,lose their specific markers and acquire a mesenchymal or myofibroblastic phenotype expressing mesenchymal cell products.EndMT not only plays a crucial role in the development of heart and vascular,but also be widely studied in fibrotic diseases and tumors.This review will focus on the signaling pathways of EndMT and its recent studies on fibrotic diseases and tumors.Maybe this review can help to provide new targets for the treatment of clinical diseases.
