摘要
为规范保健食品研发过程中添加剂的使用情况,分别分析我国保健食品的研发现状和食品添加剂在保健食品中的使用现状,随后对目前现存的保健食品中食品添加剂的滥用情况和存在的法律问题进行详细分析,最后为提高法律监管效率提出一些改善建议。
In order to standardize the use of additives in health food research and development, this article ana-lyzed the research and developmentcurrent situation of health food and used of food additives in health food , then analyzed the abuse of food additives and existing legal problems in the current health food products in de-tail, finally some improvement suggestions were raised for improve the efficiency of legal supervision.
