摘要
食品安全关系到百姓的健康与生命，我国的食品安全问题已成为公共卫生领域的突出问题。一方面，食源性疾病频频爆发；另一方面，食品生产及加工工艺创新同时也带来了新的危害，由此引起的食品贸易纠纷不断发生。这些都是制约我国食品产业提升国际竞争力的主要因素，直接影响着我国的食品出口。
Food security is related to commont people＇s haealth and life, food security problem in our country has become the prominent question in the public health domain. On the one hand, the food source disease crupted repeatedly; on the other hand, the innovation technology in production and processing also has brought the new harm. These are all primary factors restricting food industry promotion international competitive power in our country. Whole food safe inspecting technology and system are imperfect, the development are not balanced, the monitor and the early warning system starts late, these have become technical bottleneck of food safety control system in our country.
