摘要 液化天然气(LNG)储罐仪表监测系统是确保接收站重大危险源处于可控状态和合理安排生产计划的重要系统,它的顺利调试和投用是确保接收站顺利投产和运行的重要保障。在国内E+H储罐管理系统的LNG接收站中配置WHESSOR液位温度密度计(LTD)。首先详细介绍了液位天然气储罐仪表监测系统的网络拓扑结构及系统组件,并对伺服液位计、LTD的测量和工作原理进行阐述;然后总结系统调试过程中现场仪表和管理系统中存在的问题,重点对设备安装的同心度、仪表与系统兼容性、系统通信不稳定、LTD轮毂卡死等问题进行分析和测试;最后根据问题提出切实可行的解决方法和改造方案。经过实际生产和应用,该系统运行稳定、可靠。在系统调试过程中,对相关调试问题的分析、研究和采用的解决方案等,对国内具有相同配置仪表系统的调试和投用具有重要的指导意义。 The instrument monitoring system of LNG storage tank is an important system to ensure that the major hazard source of the receiving station is in the controllable state and the reasonable arrangement of the production plan, so commissioning and putting into operation of the system are the important guarantee to ensure the operation and production of receiving station are running smoothly. WHESSOR LTD gauge is configured in domestic E + H storage management system,the network topology and the system structure of the LNG tank instrument monitoring system are introduced in detail, and the measurement and working principle of servo level meter and LTD are presented, then the problems of the existing field instrument and management system in the process of system commissioning are summarized, the concentricity of the equipment installation, compatibility of the instrument and system, the instability of system, stuck of communication hub of LTD and other issues are analyzed and tested, and the solutions and feasible schemes of retrofit are put forward. The actual production and application show that the system is stable and reliable,and the analysis and research,as well as solutions in commissioning process are worth to be referenced for similar instrument and system with the same configuration.
