摘要
结合特定的工作环境,从计划的柔性和计划的协调两个方面对FMS生产计划中的若干问题进行了研究;将装载问题分解成柔性装载和动态装载两个子问题;建立了托盘分派的数学规划模型;提出了递阶生产计划中各子计划之间协调的方法。
Several problems in FMS production planning under certain environment are studied from the point of view of both planning flexibility and coordination, in this paper the loading problems divides into flexible loading and dynamic loading. A rnathematic programming model for pallet assignment is given and the coordination method of sub-plans in production planning is also proposed.
